Hi my name is Hope.

I am a local baker in Tairua.
Providing fresh Sourdough loaves and cinnamon rolls to locals and surrounding towns.
Since childhood I have been in the kitchen observing and participating in baking with my relatives. A skill I have developed throughout life. Now in my 30's I have a passion for sourdough baking. This amazing process has so many benefits that I want to share with my community.
